If you just did a quick search you would find a plethora of information that will help you thousands of times more then just making a thread asking a question.
FMU's are complete **** if you want to eventually blow ur motor then run one (do a search why their ****). Try searching Crome, Hondata, Neptune. Emanage (for a basic setup).

Plenty of people even on this board have used a FMU responsibly from before there was another affordable option and are still using them now.

That is true but last time I checked its 2008 and there are free program like Crome out there.. I mean S200b on ebay goes for less then $250. You would honestly recommend someone using a FMU. Past is the past..

i would stay away form FMU's i my self had to run one for a month before my Hondata showed up and i had nothing but problems, it leaned out all the time and raised the fuel pressure way to high, not to mention theres no way to adjusting timing besides doing it mechanicaly and then your car runs like crap down low. just my 2 cents stay away from them and buy a real engine management. but do what you like you might learn the hard way.

With an FMU you still need 'tuning'. You need to either use the VAFC hack (>$300 for the unit), or need an experinced FMU person to put restrictors in the line. And you still need an FMU, which is >$75 for any of them, >$120 for a good unit. W/o checking how lean/rich the FMU is making your setup, you'll either be loosing lots of power, or will easily blow your engine.
Considering many people will give you a decent street tune (even in Hawaii) for $150-300, and dyno tune it for $250-600 - its pretty stupid to use an FMU on a Honda nowadays. And by chipped ecu, we don't mean buy a chip, plug it in, and be done with it. They need a wideband O2 sensor to read the AFR's. FYI Every penny extra you spend on the non-FMU tune is worth it. Its about the cheapest power adder you'll get for that kit besides upgrading the turbo.
