Eagle rods are best I hear, have heard variious forged piston recomendations. Easier to do with the block out since you want to hone it and its easier to wash and clean after with it and the crank out., Can't offer sugestions about the block guard. Havent followed those threads close enough to remember.

I believe the 88-89 Integra Pistons are the right ones....Endyn makes ZC pistons also look for the block code D16A8 (europe ZC)
