its all bogging till then goes good again i have changed spark

its a jdm dc2 integra b18c engine its turbo its not tunned yet getting it tuned next week was running fine last week cant be my leads of spark plugs i put my foot down anywhere before 3000rpm and it goes slower then walking speed

Not tuned is the main problem. Whats happing is your low rpm is way too rich and maybe not enough timing.

 

Stock injectors or larger? Anyways you shouldnt drive it untuned. You can drive an NA car untuned with I/H/E, but not with a turbo...
