Hey guys i got a 99 zx-7r and the bike won't start unless you hold down the start button while turning the key. If you turn the key on, then hit the start button, it just makes a clicking from a relay (Im guessing fuel pump or starter relay) Have any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks, Matt

 

you answered your own question...bad relay, or key switch.

 

Probably a bad ignition switch. They aren't too expensive if you can find a used one.
