Default VAFC2 and Chipped P28

hey...I'm running a chipped P28 and i have the VAFC2 i just wanted to install it for a little better "on the fly" tuning curve....but would this just make my chipped ECU pointless?? i mean would it override my program on my chip?! I was also going to use it as a volt meter and diagnostic meter so yeah....any help would b appreciated!! thanks!!

I am running a VAFC2 & chipped p28 on my car. The VAFC2 only works like a gauge and let the p28 do all the adjustments. It's been like this for over 2 years with no problems.
