ok i have a 93 integra with a b18c but for some reason i thinks its weird that vtec kick in at 4.5k rpms is that natural ? and wen vtec kicks in i hear the vtec but it feels like im losing power or its not moving like i think it should can anyone help me out ...... thanks

 

my buddy has the same problem after he swap a gsr into his da. i just say his car is slow

 

I am not familiar with JDM B18c sir-g engines, but I think they are basically the same as the usdm GSR engine, and B18C1 (usdm gsr) engines engage VTEC at 4400 rpm.
