timing off?

Default timing off?

my buddy has a 2000 b16a2 motor from the Si civic in his 98 hatch. and i think one of his cam gears are off on timing.

is it?

ya im thinking it is to. now to get the intake cam (which i believe that is) back to 0* just taking the timing belt off and adjust it that way? or would it be easier just to take it to a shop lol.

all it has is I/H/E
