Default ZER0 oil pressure. and no voltage to plugs?

my h22a1 has been in limp mode for some time and i finally got an oil gauge and tested my car. the manual says that at 5000rpm the gauge should read 57psi. when i tried it, the gauge showed 0 zero psi.
my uncle whos a mechanic told me to quickly start up the car and turn it off asap,(without the oil pressure gauge plugged in) just to see how the oil flows out. and it simply leakedout, instead of squirting out with pressure.

also another problem is, there isnt enough voltage (12v) going to one of the plugs/wires. not sure what it was but i remember it was a grey plug and it need 12v but i had like 1.xx volts only

any idea what my possible problem might be? i dont want to get another ecu until i know 100% sure that thats the problem. Also i get no check engine lights or anything. just no vtec and 6500 rev limiter. ALSO the car feels soo sluggish

Not sure about oil pressure prob: maybe a blockage somewhere?. Are your leads in good condition, if they are then most likely ecu like you think. Dont know if this helps at all but goodluck

i just pulled it out of my 4th gen. i have had it in there for over a year, and put it in there when i dropped my jdm h22a swap from HMO. i just got a chipped p28 from phearable and i'm about to buy neptune RTP, so i have no need for it.
