So my 99 hatch with a b20b and gsr head was throwin the cel and low catalytic emissions code. Basically I need a new cat and I was wondering if anybody new where I could get one for a good price or if id be better off goin to a local junkyard

 

IIRC, Junkyards etc aren't allowed/supposed to sell used catalytic convertors; big fine involved in doing so. I knew a local junkyard owner and his stand point was that if I bought the header or exhaust pipes anything 'attached' comes with it free.
