Restriced HT thread access?

can someone tell me why I can't view this thread? http://www.Honda-tech.com/zerothread/2050450 it tells me I'm not allowed to view it. Its the motors purchase and experience thread

Mods probably locked it so normal access users can't see it.

The reason, I do not know.

It was locked and hidden because the information it contained was severely flawed.
