OBX ceramic headers look just like DC Sports headers w/o the welded name on the header.

 

i say if your car is lowered and you live in the city area with potholes and speedbumps, go obx. if you don't encounter potholes where you live and you're not on a budget, get DC or kamikaze... headers don't make a big difference on sohc accords and get banged up easily (most of them sit lower than rest of your car's bottom, except the front sway bar which doesn't come standard).

 

Headers do open up more power when you have other bolt-ons. But you're right, the header on the Accord hangs pretty low, so you're likely to scrape up the header, frame support, and toe hook. Front sway bars do come standard on all Accords.

 

front sway bars are standard however rear sway bars are not on the DX and LX models

I have some friends that use obx and they seem happy with it. I went with DC sports and Im happy. Sorry couldn't be much help. DC's are proven and with cheaper kits you don't always get a perfect fit.

An aftermarket exhaust has a lot more benefits than a header on an Accord, since Honda was more concerned about making them quiet.

 

I see...I can kinda see why.....but someone care to explain exactly why for this boob of a noob?
