96 power windows/lock/mirrors conversion questions - HELP

96 power windows/lock/mirrors conversion questions - HELP
I have a 96 dx hatch which I want to convert the doors to power. I currently have a pair of complete 99 ex doors and floor harness. I think the harnesses are different. Can I use the 99 floor harness if I cut the original conectors off the original harness and hard wire them onto the 99 harness?? Will that work? Also, am I missing anything? Please help!!!!!!!!!!
