Anyone in Northern California (Bay area to Sacramento) heat coated their manifold? If so, where and how much did it cost?

I have a ramhorn manifold and it gets really hot under the hood. Either I thermo wrap it or heat coat it. Im trying to see my possiblilities and people's experience with it.
