Default 92-93 bumper on 91, 1/2" gaps between fenders and bumper :\

car came with an intercooler already installed
so there's no inner bumper support, just the sides and some zip ties holding the mid section in place

the sides where the bumper cover mounts to the fenders with the little plastic mounts is WAY off. as far as i read though, they should have bolted up fine?

the plastic mounts (that have a black piece screwed to the fender support, and a tan part that the bumper actually screws to) seem to be in the stock location, and the mounts holding them to the body have no slots or anything, so they can't be adjustable.

i just got a new bumper cover, and i don't want to go drilling through it to make it sit right if i can avoid it

doesn't look like the car has been in a wreck, and the gap is the exact same on both sides

anyone else ever run into this issue?

and yes i fixed the intercooler piping

someone must know a magic trick to sort this out, i REALLY don't want to drill holes into this bumper cover

the outer bracket seems to have a little wobble to it, should it?

I actually have this problem as well. I have a 90 integra with a 92 bumper. I don't have a gap on the passenger side, and not too wide a gap on the driver side, but my headlights don't line up with the bumper and the hood. They seem to be pushed in a little bit when it comes to meeting up in the middle of the car. Hopefully that made sense. Anybody know what the cause may be?

could be that the zip ties in the middle are pulling it to tight or just not at the right angle
