Default HELPPP Mini Me project !!!!!!!!

Im trying to mate a Y7 block with a Z6 head but the head blots wont go down all the way theres gaps using the Z6 bolts Please Help asap

do i need y7 bolts or
do i need a diffeent head cause they cant mate
please help

just use the z6 bolts or..

skip it all together and get arp

best mini me swap for a y7 is a y8 head you it just bolts right in no problem.
z6 is good for a b7 block.

remember a z6 motor is 1.5 and a y8 is 1.6 [correct me if im wrong ] thats probably why theres a gap there.


what would be best to use IMO is a y8 head for a y7 block for a better hp gain. and use metal gaskets, do a complete oil change, etc. and also, sea foam after the swap is good to go.
