Well, I know what you mean. I only got mine in March. I just really want Parada Spec-II's.

 

 

Dont bother, K-1's still come in 15x7 or 7.5.

 

It's just that Paradas aren't available in 15in sizes. I was probably going to stick with them anyhow and just get the Yokohama A038's from the Lotus 340R.

 

Bastard, where can you get A038s? They're only sold in Europe as far as I know.

 

Hehehehe. I can get them at the Lotus dealership in Atlanta. They sell them there since they are the OEM tire on the Lotus 340R. Now I know that is a Europe only car, but you need to remember that the 340R was sold for track use here. I actually need a set of 15in rims to mount the tires I am going to get awfully cheap.

 

Yokohama A038-R
Lotus have recently launched a Yokohama tyre which has been jointly developed for road and track use. It is a heavy cut slick tyre and it looks excellent and provides excellent grip in the dry when the optimal temperature is reached. Wet weather performance is debatable and these are not generally recommended for every day road use since it is hard to get them up to temperature. They are a great tyre for track days, where you need to drive to the track though. Front tyre (A111G6048F) is A038-R 195/50R15 82V (K-5243) and cost £136.87. Rear tyre (A111G6049F) is A038-R 225/45R16 89W (K-5244) and costs £167.29.

Keep in mind that the middle one is "polished," which is the same finish that the 94-95 stock EX wheels are.

 

White for Shan, black for me.

 

Blanco for a sage green 5th gen.

 

keep in mind john and i already have white rims...and we dont really like brake dust...im guessing the polished ones also have a center cap.

 

I'll take 2 carbon ones, 1 ploished and 1 white
