Default FINALLY FINISH DIY SATIN PAINT arhg! !

damm my back hurts !! damm finally i finished doing a diy satin paint job it cost me 35 buck thanks to wall mart lol .. well i think i did a pretty good job it came out nice (i think) well here some pictures and tell me what you guys think!

BUMP SORRY...paint was still wet when i took the pictures so it seem like its not even and roof been finished but already dark outside so ill update tomorrow..

so, is this a prep for the actual paint job the car needs? cuz it looks crazy, but props for the hard work.

damm look like poo damm that suck lol... its ok ill pass on maaco this is just my daily... color red was really faded ... but on the camera look fine.weird .. but again paint was still wet when i took the pictures so i guess maybe that why it like poo

ok auto x look nice huh... i know it look ugly to you guys but hey something diff arent you guys tired of seeing nice fancy paint job j/k but i dunno i think it will look better when its lowerd and with nice rims

Well, i think right now the satin doesnt look as satin'y' as its gonna get. I think cleaned up and a little lower it will look nice.

you wet sand the paint .. clear coat is NOT the only thing that gets wet sanded on a paint job .


After i sprayed my car i went over and wet sanded the entire car with 1200 and 2000 grit which removed ALOT of the blotchness and tiger stripes you get when spraying something from a can. plus wet sanding the paint makes the car smoother and easier to dry off and clean, when compared to the rough texture spray painting normal has

so after you wet sand with 1200 then 2000 what about the clear coat if you wanted to clear coat it? would you still wet sand the clear coat with a 1200 and 2000?
