Default Leaking Weatherstrip

The outside weatherstrip is letting water leak inside the door on my hatch. I think its because the front part of the strip isnt cliped on. You can see a small gap in the strip by the mirror. And also my window is screwed up there manual. I put it back on the track and its just hard to roll up then I roll it down and it slips of the track agian. Can someone plz help me out. Thx Ben
