2K S2000 Wheels work on 06+ Civic Sedan?

Hello,
I have a question, I am not sure but my girlfriend wants to buy a set of wheels off of a 2000 S2000 and I am wondering if they will fit or not since I am thinking of paying for the wheels and buying tires for her car??

They are both 5x114.3
