b18a into 91 crx???
ok i have a 91 crx dont know what model but its NOT an si. i bought it as a shell and i have a b18a1 OBD0 complete engine swap. the question is do i have to do anyting to the wiring? if so is there a diagram? ohh and can i use the b18a1 ecu and engine harness?
Seeing that this is your first post everyone should go easy on you. If your thread doesnt get locked.
Anyway. You need to find out if it is a DX or HF. If it has no badge on the back it is most likely a DX. Which means it is a DPFI set up. In other words you just need to do a small amount of wireing to make it MPFI for the b18. There are a few write up floating around on how to do this. What you need to do is look at the top right of the screen, about 4 away from the MY PROFILE, and right next to the Garage button, is the SEARCH button. Just take some time and go through that and search around for stuff.
There is plenty about doing a B series swap into a CRX. This is a link to the Do it Yourself sticky in the civic crx forum.
