Ill be redoing my dash and center console all that in a way Ive never seen before
what I will be doing;
taking out the arm rest so its all the same height, taking out the back seat, extending center console all the way back and up onto the top of the back seat, Ill be replacing what used to be where the back seat was with some custom fabrication to put in some seat brackets and I will have a drivers and passengers front seats in the fron and back.

Its kinda hard to explain what I wana do but of course when Im done I will have a ton of pictures!

road head yes.
hack saw no.

So I take it the JDM CD7 SiR didn't have an optional arm rest eh?

reason im asking is I find the arm rest WAY annoying and in the way of shifting.

I came across this in my search:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...49322&

Can't tell if its just the arm rest cover or an actual shorter in height arm rest...

stop with the road head comments...

by the eBay description it only sounds like a cover, nothing shorter like you are looking for.

i always thought the arm rest makes shifting more comfy, vs my old 91 accord, where it had no armrest.

but i dont rock a super short shifter either. so maybe thats why u find it uncomfortable.

i;d say my shift **** is pretty much inline with the top of the arm rest, so my arm is parallel.
