Default 1992 Honda Accord has no spark from the Coil

I have a 1992 Accord that stopped running while driving. It is getting fule and Air but when I checked the Coil it had no spark comming out. I did check the coil and it is good showing 12V with ignigtion on but no spark while cranking. Whats next up the line???? The ignightor checked good on a volt omhs meter but that is after the Coil anyway...I think???? What sould I do next? repalce the computer????

The car is an LX. I have just pulled the codes and all I get is code 15 "Ignition Output Signal" My Daughter just bought this car 2 weeks ago and not it is down. It was running great then it cut out a couple times then it just died. I checked fuel then spark. I have nothing comming out of the Coil and it is new and test good according to the book.
any ideas on this code 15???
