My Accord has a (automatic) transmission leak which has been diagnosed as a bad transmission output seal. The repair shop replaced the seal but this did not fix the problem. The same repair shop has now replaced the seal 2 more times without success. It is now back in the shop for a third try. The repair shop is not a Honda dealer. Is there a special technique that must be used to successfully install a new output seal that they might not be aware of?
