a weird problem just started to happen a cupple months ago. My exhaust started to rattle back around the muffler. I cant seam to pin point it and it only happens under these conditions usually.

1. At night
2. When i take a Corner really hard (like a 180 free way on ramp or somthing)
3. 4 people in my car.

i cant pin point where this is comming from, it's anoying as **** and it's deffinityly comming from the back area. I cant see anywhere where it would be rubbing but i kinda noticed that my hangers seamed to allot the exhaust to move quite a bit. After time do they were out? Anybody else experienced this problem? Where can i order new hangers. I'm assuming that most exhausts can use the same hangers?

 

$20 says it is the RSR canister hitting the swaybar. This is VERY common with the RSR exhaust. Look for rub spots on the bar.

The night time thing is weird . . .

 

yeah this happened to my friend to. I think the night time thing has nothing to do with it. Weather its dark or light out isnt gonna determine weather your exhaust rattles or not....i dont think thats possible.

 

thought of something. You hear better when your vision is impared. He is hearing better in the dark!

well i figured maybe it had somthing to do witht he cold. It just seams to happen more at night. I checked around when it frst started happening and didnt see any rubbing. Of course it's hard to see. Some times i push up on the muffler like in the middle and it seams to stop. Maybe the hangers are wearing out? can i buy new ones? this is also a RSR exhaust for a LS modified to fit a GSR. I've been using it for like a year with no problem though.
