Bikebandit.com....Not bad, not bad....
So I ordered some stuff from bike bandit a week or so ago, and was wondering the status..so I hoped on their live chat.
Warning, I'm a dick to the person on live chat, if you can't handle it, then pass this thread up.

Krash - Service Supervisor: It can take up to 10 business days for Triumph parts to arrive
Krash - Service Supervisor: Are you aware there is a 20% restocking fee?
Joe: My local dealership, while more expensive, has the parts in stock
Joe: would it have to be restocked if you never sent it?
Krash - Service Supervisor: As stated in the Cancellation Policy you agreed to, OEM items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not cancelled within one hour after the order is placed
Joe: 30 dollar order, 20%....so what is my cost?
Krash - Service Supervisor: As a courtesy, we will waive it this time

I think the guy just wanted to get rid of my as quick as possible...haha.
Anyways, I'd order from them again, as big of a douche as I was, he was still cool about taking care of me.

That covo didn't look out of the ordinary for me. I do internet sales as well selling car parts, we don't have live chat but we do have phones. we get people thats way worse then you..lol I've had them just cussing away which usually doesn't work well with me and ends up with me being a smart *** to them...lol I can't help it, my job sucks and trying to find another what do i care? haha
