Default Quick question..since the search function isnt working!



i would like to know what the black box is, on the right side of the picture and also what it does...please, dont hassle me, the search button isn't working and i wouldnt know what to search for anywayz...

and also, is it able to be blocked off/removed??

it's for the pcv system, there is a baffle inside the black box that separates oil for crankcase fumes and distributes the fumes back into the intake manifold

sweet...so..is there any way of removing it?? since my charcoal canister is already gone?

there should be two screws holding it to the block...take it off and pull the box off. Then you can try one of these...don't know if your motor is D or B.
