Default skunk2 pro-s coilovers

I'm looking to get the skunk2 pro-s coilovers and would like to get some info about them that I couldn't find out on the website.

What are the spring rates for these?
Do them come with top mounts?
For people that have this setup can you share your experience and opinion on this setup?

My car is daily street car and sees no track time. I also live in Ontario, Canada where it snows a lot so how would I keep these clean to raise it up and down between seasons. I know I will have to get an alignment everytime I raise or lower my car.

Edit: My choices was either these or the Ksports.

They do come with the top mounts and I have these on my integra, and for the money and setup I am satisfied. They improve on handling and ride it stiffer than stock and not bouncy. As far as spring rates I dont have that info. hope this helps some. Ive had these on the car for over 6 months.

I heard good things about the Pro-C, but not too much on the Pro-S. I want to know if these are stiff than the Omni which are 10kg/8kg I believe.

It's either the S2 Pro-S, Omni Street, or the Ksports. They are all around the same price range.

i have them, and the ride is pretty good, forgot what the spring rates are but you can ask skunk2, but as far as coilovers go in the ontario winter plus salt, not a good idea, i just cleaned mine but still quite dirty and a little rusty, still havent tried to raise or lower it yet though
