mugen side skirt help!!

mugen side skirt help!!
i just got mugen side and try to install them some how it doesnt fit.. is it because it made out of fiberglass? and do i need to take out stock side skirt first?

Which mugen side skirts? If they are the 05-06's I'm pretty sure you can even install them over the stock skirts. I'm not sure about the 03-04.
