2000 SI... need help

I got a EM1 (2000 SI) and need help. I need to know which Camshaft would be best for my car, either a Skunk2 stage 2 or Crower.

Neither. What are your current modifications and are you going to be tuning with anything? What is your budget? Do you have any mechanical skills?

This is honda tech just type in pro1 and gain epic E props.

OP clean rice is correct you'll need to tell us what you have done to the car if anything, what you want to do with the car, how much you will spend, any laws or rules you have to meet etc.
