looking for foglight replacement bulbs
I was wondering if anyone has a direct link to yellow replacement bulbs for my si. I got the factory fog's installed and I ultimately wanted yellow fog's. I asked a friend and he told me that I can just buy some PnP bulb's and ill be good to go.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.
you can just buy some yellow fog light protectant films by Lamin-x. thats probably a cheaper route. just a suggestion though.

I'm using these in my Si now. They work very well and are pretty bright. I had 2 burn out fairly quick, but I think it was my fault. The first one was touching the metal piece that surrounds the bulb in the fog light housing, and I think the guy at the dealership touched the glass of the bulb when he put it in for me. I fixed the metal piece and installed the bulb myself this time and all is well so far.
I've heard people talk about the film burning up when on the fog lights. I wouldn't recommend it.

ive heard about the burned films as well. would you happen to have any pics of ones that are burned. i kinda wanna see how bad it is. i would go with the bulbs but i like my fogs to look yellow when they are not on, which is why i suggested the film. passwordjdm doesnt carry the yellow ones anymore. only clear. anyone know where i can get the yellow filmed ones without any extra mods?

i ordered that lamin-x film the other day, 25 bucks.. so ill post updates either
or
when it comes in and i install it.
EDIT: Is the film just going to change the color of the lens? Like is it blacking out your tail lights, where u just have different color lense but the light that comes out is still red(brakes) or will it change the color of the light completely?

how did he waste his money? lamin-x is just fine. their material is of a very high quality, ventureshield or not. theirs might not be as yellow, but it's still a very high quality product.

PNP. I just pulled the OEM bulbs out and plugged these in without a problem. The wattage/voltage for them is the same as OEM.
