What Header is this, or what motor will it fit?

Any idea what header this is, or what motor it will fit? Is it possible to tell just from these photos?

Im not sure, it has that hole on the flange lower all the way on the right, most if the b and d's bolts are all at the same level this one has a bolt hole lower on that corner thats weird
