wow, great riders!
One thing though, the front guy;s posture has some quirks that are a LOT different that I have always been directed to do. He never keeps his back straight. He is always trying to keep his shoulders square with the bike. I was always instructed to have a neutral position and let my back always point in a natural position. Bring he center of my butt (depending on turn) to the edge of the seat, bring my inside leg out to a 45* angle and bend my inside elbow, and the rest of my body should follow suit. Always keep control of your weight on your THIGHS and you should be able to hold on to the bars with your fingertips without any stress on the bars at all. The reasoning for this is so you do not inadvertanly put steering input to the bike during turning. You should also be able to shift your weight fore and aft during corner entry and exit. Forward for entry and back for exit to control tire spin. I was also told to not to try to tuck my head back behind the screen and don't be afraid to bring my head out and beyond where I am going.
But what do I know, I don't know how to ride a motorcycle.

it all boils down to being comfy. on the bike in my eyes.
elias, bayliss, and spies (to name a few)
don't exactly have text-book form and they move.

the thing that I have noticed a lot is that smaller riders seem to be able to get away with poor posture more often than not. Larger riders on the other hand, cannot get away with poor posture. Their limbs just weigh more and have more of an effect on the weight placement of the bike.
For instance, I can hug the tank to hover over it and tell the difference mid turn. I tuck more on high speed turns and stretch out on low speed turns or more stabikity. I also try to be more towards the center of the seat at maintenance/nuetral throttle so the transition to all the way back is easier after the apex and throttle out. Little things like that have made me feel a LOT more stable in the turns. I also found that I feel more comfortable placing my inside foot on the front of the ball of my foot, almost on my toes s that I can move my knee up a little higher.
When I hang off of the bike, I RARELY drag a knee because my lean angle is not as aggressive of a smaller rider. I always try to use my weight as an advantage instead of a disadvantage by spreading my weight farther towards the inside of the turn, I have to lean less to stay just as planted. I have been told by my instructors that I could actually increase my turn n speed but when I do, I find myself drifting out during apex, which makes me feel uneasy. It is something that I would have to get used to, but it would definately improve my lap times, which are already pretty decent for as little as I go to the track.

the kawi screamer is a full blown gp bike. these bikes in the video are your basic factory production r6, all that's changed is gearing and exhaust as the R6Cup in europe doesn't allow much to be modded.

dirrrrty
though no matter how low i try to comfortably get my head that low, i never quite look like that.
makes me wonder what it's like to hang off like elias or hopkins. must feel like they've got an ear on the clutch cover.
