Default 90 DX -> B18b1 swap problems

I've got a 1996 (obd2) Integra B18b1 engine bolted into my 1990 Civic DX. I've done all the MPFI wiring, including the injector resistor box, but I can't get the car started. I'm using an obd0 integra PR4 and distributor.

There is no spark and the fuel pump won't turn on with the ignition (although it turns on fine when given power). I've done all the checks to see that the coil and ignitor are ok too. She turns over fine, but I don't know what I've missed???

The bazaar part is that I'm not getting the regular lights on the dash at start up. In fact, the temp gauge moves when I hit either one of the stalks on the column
