Does anyone know about converting an LS into a Ls/vtec
by using a 5th gen prelude head?
Would that work or is that crazy?

99.9% sure it wont but if you want. get an ls head gasket and line it up to an h22 head and post pics of what you find. if no one can give you 100% proof, you will always wonder. dont want you to lose sleep over this. welcome to h-t.
