Default Accord climate control

Ok I have searched and then I searched some more.

So I got the climate control form a 90 accord. I got everything wired up but my problem is that. The vent,hi-low,heat,heat def, and def don't work. I was checking the wires and found out that the functions work if I ground out the wire. That made me think that the climate control was broke so I went a got another one. That didn't help . Has anybody had this problem.

P.s I've checked all the fuses.

The car is a 1989 crx Hf

Thanks

What do you have the blk/y wire coming form the crx connected to on the accord climate control?

I know it has to be a ground problem

by the way I dont have the a/c button hooked up on the accord cluster.

I got it to work

The light green/red wire from from the accord panel has to be hooked up to a ground.

That solved my problem
