-4 is fine. Yes you need a restrictor they have one in -4 inlet too at http://www.ATPturbo.com thats where i bought mine at.

You need the restrictor without a doubt.
-3 or -4 won't be an issue after you have the restrictor in, more of an issue if you're not running a restrictor.
