Radiator stay removal advice?

Radiator stay removal advice?
Kind of an easy mod I would assume. I wanted to put this Spoon one I just got onto my 00 Civic Si, how does the old one come off? I started to pry at it but then I figured I would post just to double-check. Does it pop off? Unscrew?
