Its 1996 spec and I´d like to do NA mods to it.

Only Honda I´ve paid attention to in the past 5 years have been S2000

One of the first mods i´d like is 4 to 1 header and exhaust.

I´d like to get something like Hondata but in Panama not too many people know how to tune well.

Got any idea on what I can do to it???

I'd worry about getting the car and having it registered. Once you have had the car a good while and do your research you can begin to pick up mods. The best mods for your car can be done in a simple build of quality parts. They won't be cheap, but you can attain higher power using these parts and save yourself some headaches.

Or you can take it to the track like it's meant to and spend that money on seat time.

first thing that i would do would be get an alarm, make sure the mods you are going to make wont dissappear along with the car,

usually intake header exhaust and tune is the first basics for engine, dont need much as they are already fun and decent in power,

then find some coilovers like apexi or something and use good tyres and pads!

i think thats a pretty reasonable and overal street tune for an ITR

i don't really know what problems he'll run into as far as registering it since hes in panama. start off with just bolt ons, suspension, and a good set of sticky tires

I assumed it was Panama City, FL. The country of Panama would be a completely different story as far as registration.
