well first of all u will need somthing like hondata or crome to tune the ecu with, when u say water cooled, do u have the lht manifold, or are u plannin on water injection? either way u really need to read this entire thread before u buy anything else, https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=1
and ask any further questions there, thats where u will get the most help with any JRSC questions u have

I got JR LHT air to water intercooler setup, RC 440cc injectors, upgraded LHT heat exchanger and water pump, S-tube inlet ported and polished for max flow, Viper induction kit, Remus catback,
and I’m thinking in to buy Skunk2 pro2 cams, TRI-Y style T304 stainless steel racing header, JR 160 thermostat,
skunk 2 throttle body 68mm, and hondata s300 to tune!
apart from that I don't want to make any more engine upgrades.
what hp I will get aprox with that setup?
I want run 280~300 whp, it is possible with this setup?
Thanks for your help guys ..

440's are too small for 280-300 WHP from a JRSC, but it's unlikely your setup will make that. It could come close though. Save your money on the cams and thermostat, they won't help. Get the custom blower and alternator pulleys from ASP Racing http://www.aspracing.com/index.html and some good tuning and it should be a lot of fun.
