easy as hell bro...if the head is off, take out the two rods on the side of the head. Remove the rocker arm assembly. Pull out the B-series LMA's. Then put in the H22 LMA's ***BUT*** you need a certain size washer to put on the bottom before you put the LMA's in. Do a search and you'll find what size to use. Ask Omniman, he had a write up on how to do it.

i guess it helps when using higher lift cams... and cheaper...
