quick question about rod bolt installation

Default quick question about rod bolt installation

may be a dumb question, but is it possible to just pop off the oil pan and change out the rod bolts? my car is my daily so i wont be allowed any downtime to pull the motor out.

also, the car in question is a 98 civic ex, and arp rod bolts

No, they are pressed in.
