Default Lowering springs

i was wondering if lowering springs from a 95 civic would fit on a 90 civic?

yeah they'll fit but if you are installing them on non height adjustable dampers your car will not sit properly, front higher than back or back will be higher than the front. also if they have any quality they will have spring rates specific to that year civic and this could adversely affect your handling.
