1G head torque specs

1G head torque specs
Hey guys, I'm in the process of changing the head gasket and timing belt on my 88 Ls. I was wondering if anyone had, or knew where i could get some torque specs. Any help is appreciated... Thanx

Go to http://www.helminc.com and buy the shop manual for your year integra. It is a great investment that you will likely use more than any other tool in your garage, especially since you seem to like doing things yourself like changing your timing belt and head gasket.
