header clearance?
Ive already searched and couldnt find what i was looking for!
I have a b16 in my crx and have the stock exhaust manifold and a koyo 2 core full radiator. My question is can put a header on it without it touching the radiator because my stock manifold already touches the fal fan i have on it? the header i have in mind is the hytech production. what do you guys think?
Thanks

Cooling fan or A/C fan? I have the Koyo full size and it (manifold) didn't touch my stock cooling fan. No A/C. I put on a Spoon 421 long tube and it isn't nowhere near touching the radiator but it is closer to my fan than the stock manifold. It's the front crossmember that should be the problem. Now if you're talking about the A/C fan then I'm pretty sure it won't work.
If your stock header is already touching it chances of a an after market fitting and not touching is not liking...though "VtecSyndrome" I think did something to where he was able to fit his aftermarket headers, I think?...but just got one of my REX swap with a sohc and with stock headers that too touches already though I kept everything a/c and all
my other REX has a B18 swap and has after market headers and uses a eg radiator! so no problem there but no a/c.

I don't have A/C or an ac fan and i have a traction bar so im not worried about that clearing. But my stock b16 heat shield is about 2 inches from the radiator fins. Maybe if any one could take a picture of their set up it might comfort me to see it all together?
Thanks
Thanks
