Possible to use stock B16a2 injectors in a B18B???

Possible to use stock B16a2 injectors in a B18B???
I searched and saw that they are both 240cc. Both cars are obd2 also. I don't see why they wouldn't work but want to be 100% before putting them in. Thanks h-t
