my wifes car makes a rattling knocking like sound whenever making right hand turns or whenever the car is not accelerating (unless a left hand turn is being made). So at 55 with the cruise on the noise is there, but in a slow acceleration the noise goes away. The noise is loudest when de-cellerating from high speed. Sounds like its coming from the catalyctic converter region, but... Would be a great circle track car if anyone wants to buy

 

have you thought of it being the CV joint?

 

though about it. but sometimes at a stoplight if the car is put into neutral or park and the engine is revved the noise will come back.

 

Motor mounts...???
