big fire problem

big fire problem
Hello
I don't find a trouble on the car of my friend.
The car is 1.6EL( same as a civic with d16y8) 1998
I have no spark and I have changed the dizzy.
No fire and I test each sensor of the dizzy 360ohm so they are good
It have power to the coil and the coil is good.
The fuel pump start and injector have power 12v but after few minutes of cranking the car dont smell gas.
I try 3 ecu and no result. I don't know where to search.
Help me please

Is the fuel pump kicking on? If you've verified spark, timing, compression then check for fuel. Make sure the main fuel relay is working. Good luck.
