ok im getting a 1991 standard civic HB and from what i understand it has a 4spd manual tranny and its the std so i mean cummon...
i want to convert it to a dx but without changing the tranny...
i want to keep the 4 spd
from what i understand i need the dx intake manifold and the dx cam and the dx ecu...
will i be able to run this ecu that is ment for a 5spd on wen i still have the 4spd?

 

WHY?............when you can get a si tranny for bout 100 bucks and spend 250 or so on a mpfi, and then you will have some... power also you can get a si cam and adjustable cam gear for dirt cheap, or if you wanted to do a mini me swap its cheap to do to i just bout a d16y8 head for 50bucks!
