Does the radiator from an AT Ek Civic fit in the MT version of the same model?

My radiator is dry rotted and I need a quick replacement. I think the OEM radiators for the AT equipped cars are of higher capacity than MT versions. Is this true? And if so, will one fit in my 97 Civic DX...with AC?
