Oil cooler vs Aluminium Radiator??
I'm running B20 Vtec setup and i'm wondering which one I should go with. Would getting an oil cooler ultimately lower the engine temps along with coolant or should I just get the Aluminium Radiator? Also I have the golden eagle sandwhich plate with only 2 1/8npt holes, thinking of getting the mfactory plate with 3 1/8npt and using one for the vtec line and the other 2 for the oil cooler.
Yup, I've got an alumn radiator on my car and it worked wonders.
Eventually went with a 5-qrt Morosso oil pan too.
Holding off on the external oil cooler mainly because it's just something else shoved under the hood that you have to deal with in terms of getting it mounted, checking for leaks, maintenance, etc. etc.
Oh yeah, and my oil temps are fine and I really don't need it.

If you have the stock coolant-to-oil cooler, then getting the upgraded radiator is the better idea. The lower coolant temps will help to keep the oil temps stabilized without all the extra hardware.
